A workbook format can be reviewed and mapped before it is used in the roster publishing workflow.
Begin with the action list, open flagged sections and use their information icons. Confirm unfamiliar statuses or map replacements, resolve date and duplicate decisions, then refresh the preview. Inspect the total counts and date window as well as the paginated first-100-entry sample.
A blank status mapping retains the cleaned source text. To intentionally remove a cell value, clear it with a source-cell correction or edit the workbook. Draft corrections do not rewrite the original upload. Recheck the result after refreshing.
Use the project link or QR code to find a published roster by name. The worker-access guide explains what that shareable link does and does not protect.
